Delivery Areas and Times

€4 minimum delivery charge for any distance. Delivery is calculated 10 cent per 100 meter plus €1, subject to change without any notice.

Placing and Tracking Your Delivery Order

a) Delivery Personnel: Our dedicated delivery personnel will deliver your order to the provided delivery address. They will make every effort to ensure your order arrives in a timely and satisfactory manner. Delivery personnel can only handover goods at the main entrance and not allowed to enter apartments or walk to the back of a house or side entrance because of safety and insurance policy.

Receiving Your Order

Wrong or unsatisfactory orders may be replaced or refunded, if restaurant is informed about it in 30 minutes or less and unsatisfactory factory goods must be returned at least %90. More than %10 percent consumed goods do not qualify for refund or replacement!!!
b) Customer Availability: It is essential to provide accurate delivery details, including a valid delivery address and contact number, to ensure successful delivery. If the delivery personnel cannot reach you upon arrival, they may attempt to contact you via the provided contact number.
If driver can’t get a response at the door and can’t reach you on the phone. Restaurant can’t be responsible about quality of meal caused by delay of delivery. If a driver has to come back for delivery for second time, additional delivery charge may arise.
c) Delivery to a Designated Area: For delivery orders to commercial buildings, gated communities, or other locations with access restrictions, we will deliver to the designated drop-off point or main entrance.
